Are you ready to nourish your mind, body, and spirit and challenge your traditionally accepted beliefs around food and health?  Curious to learn more about what we do and why the doctor is “on the farm now”?  Come join Dr Stacey, holistic health & lifestyle coach, for an educational, fun evening of wine, appetizers, and a health topic of the month. The topic for May is the Sleep Secret.  This workshop runs monthly and is designed as an introduction to inform, inspire, and ignite you around different areas of health. Appetizers provided. Bring your own bottle of wine or beverage of choice.
