Are you looking for a unique workshop you can offer your clients?

If you said YES!…
then this training is for YOU!
What is A Hero’s Journey Workshop?
It is a journey in self discovery. An adventure in finding our authentic selves through experiences that help us feel better, communicate better, and be more of who we really are and long to be. In true gestalt form, the experiential method creates intimacy between the horses and participants and between the participants themselves which often causes a shift in the experience that each individual has of themselves and reveals new choices and ways of being. A fun yet meaningful and often profound experience of oneself in relation to others, this workshop is a must for anyone who is seeking a better understanding of themselves and who has a desire to discover their very own Hero inside. Once you have completed this training, you will be able to offer this 5 session workshop to your clients in several different formats which are typically either as an intensive weekend, or daily for 5 days, or weekly for 5 weeks.

Lauren Munger (with Smokey Lonesome), Creator of A Hero’s Journey
Lauren was a professional in the field of psychology and healing for most of her life. She had a private practice working with children and adults for decades. She was the founder and creator of A Hero’s Journey self-esteem workshops which she owned and operated in Boulder, Colorado throughout the eighties and nineties. Lauren was also a colleague of mine, a certified practitioner in the Equine Gestalt Method of coaching. When Lauren became unable to continue to personally work with clients and her beloved horses, Lauren’s Legacy was devised and established by a cohort of Gestalt Coaching Method practitioners who desired to continue to share her amazing work. I was lucky enough to be trained by Lauren herself in her method and have been offering A Hero’s Journey Workshops to my clients since 2016. Before Lauren passed away in the fall of 2022, she gave Annette Price and myself her blessing to continue her life’s work by training the graduates of the TBAH EGCM and GCM programs so as a herd we continue her ripple effect which has already touched thousands of lives and will continue to touch thousands more. I feel beyond honored to be part of her legacy and share this with our TBAH herdmates. A portion of all proceeds from A Hero’s Journey trainings and workshops offered through Indigo Trails LLC will be donated to Lauren’s Legacy to support her family and gifting her work to those in need.
Lauren’s Legacy will be managed through Pegasus Bridge to Wellness. The mission of Pegasus Bridge is to provide equine-partnered coaching and facilities to guide at-risk and under-served populations toward greater self-awareness by empowering them through experiential insight.
